Job Description
Join a Team with talent and edge. At Voodoo Bayou, everything we do has a good time in mind behind it! Currently, we are looking for Hosts to join our rockstar crew at Voodoo Bayou in Palm Beach Gardens in Downtown at the Gardens. If you are interested in going our Team, please apply or stop by the restaurant during the week from 2pm-5pm to meet with one of our managers. “Laissez les bon temps rouler” let the good times roll!
Responsibility
-Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with authentic New Orleans hospitality
– Escort guests to their tables and provide clean menus
– Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests including birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions
– Politely answer phone calls and take reservations using open table
– Arrive in full uniform and take pride in your appearance
– Collaborate with Service and Culinary Team to ensure smooth dining experience
– Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to managers ALWAYS
– Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining atmosphere; lead with an upbeat attitude

We will be expanding into other South Florida markets in 2025.
